If the Tories has been in power then they would have done no different to the almost identical New Labour. Hundreds of thousands of migrant workers each year kept wages down and profits and bonuses for the politicians chums up. At that time claims to have abolished boom & bust looked laughable as the 'miracle economy' started spluttering and running rough in an election year.

The great engine of the 'miracle economy' stopped soaring as house price rises came to a juddering halt. Hundreds of thousands of migrant workers arriving each year propped up demand and kept Tory landlords happy, along with an interest rate cut. The manufacturing sector went in to contraction at the same time as the great engine was misfiring, right in the run up to a general election.

No doubt there was a desire to buy the votes of these hundreds of thousands of new migrant workers in time for the 2005 election and the millions that would follow them beyond May 2005.

As far as Ed Millipede and New Labour go in my eyes it is far too little and far, far too late they should all be strung up for treason. Them shit bags or the Tory shit bags, talk about Hobson's choice!!!

Sounds about right mate, it's just one big competition to see who can get knighted first and use daddy's contacts to get ahead in business. Westminster - the biggest symbol of corruption and greed in the land.

What "Dear Ed" also omitted to say was that when this agreement re movement of labour within the EU was first drawn up there was an option for each of the Member Countries to put a cap on the level of migration.

Every single country with the exception of two set such a cap. The two which didn't were Britain (a tiny overcrowded island whose public services were already struggling to cope) and Sweden (a country over 4 times the size of the British Isles, but with a total population smaller than that of London).

Neither did he say that the reasoning behind that decision (the minutes were leaked and published) was that in their view immigrants tended to vote Labour and it would improve their longterm future to remain in power. Effectively they sold off this country for their own political gain, the very kind of things which our parents and grandparents went to war to protect. Traitors is in my view to mild a word.

What surprises me even more is that this present Government have made so little use of these facts, I suspect they may need a few more working class lads on their team who can explain to them in words of one sylabull what is happening outside in the real world.

Notice he's only on about white European immigrants he makes no noise about ismlamification of England and all the other third world enriches we've had forced on us. That link shows who's running the show and for all you conspiracy nerds the bloke in the article supports your arguments. Also read that some bloke in Southampton got a 3 year stretch for suggesting rioting on the internet, yes he was white
